We used a multi-grain loaf from this Hawaiian kitchen & pie shop I love called Leoda’s, but of course you can use any multi-grain from YOUR favourite bakery. Also, you can use a smoked ham or glazed ham, whichever you want!

Grilled pineapple

Ham
Pepperoncini
Mayo
Salt & Pepper to taste…
