1/2 croissants per person
2-4 strands of smoked salmon per croissant
1-2tbsn Cream cheese/Cottage cheese per croissant
1-2tsp capers per croissant
Fresh rocket (optional)
- Slice open the croissants and spread half of the cream cheese on the inside.
- Place the smoked salmon in the croissants followed by the remainder of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle over the capers and stuff a few fresh rocket leaves in there. Add a good pinch of cracked pepper and a squeeze of lemon if you want.
- Enjoy with a ice cold glass of crisp white wine.
