Prime Rib Roast 5 Bone- 8.5 lbs - Kosher

1 Roast

The King of Roasts is ready for your next celebration! Our Prime Rib Roast is a gourmet, well-marbled, richly-flavored beef roast, cut from our best Black Angus cattle, which are bred for tenderness and raised in the US on pasture with no hormones or antibiotics. We carefully wet-age our beef on a precise and proprietary aging cycle, before it is vacuum sealed and flash frozen at peak quality. With a tight seal, you can enjoy this meat from your freezer for up to 2 years with no loss of quality--but who's waiting to enjoy this one, let's be real here! In our Prime Rib Roast, we separate the bones from the roast, and then net them together, so that the bones infuse the roast with extra flavor during cooking, but they are easily removed (and enjoyed in the kitchen, perhaps? chef's treat!) before serving. (Want the bones intact? Check out our Butcher's Cut Standing Rib Roast) Serves 2-3 people per lb. Other names for this cut: Prime Rib *Price per pound is an estimate for comparison purposes only.

This is our most elegant beef roast, designed to be the centerpiece of a memorable meal. The Standing Rib Roast contains the tender "eye" from a Ribeye, with the well-marbled Crescent Steak wrapping around its lower edge, so each slice will be tender, marbled and flavorful. Choose from 3- or 5-bone roast (plan on serving 2-3 people per pound). Our Standing Rib Roast is cut from our choicest Black Angus cattle, which are carefully bred for tenderness. Our ranchers graze their cattle on pasture in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, where they enjoy a carefully balanced diet of grass, forage crops and hay that never includes hormones or growth promoting antibiotics.

Black Angus cattle are known for their superior taste, quality, and marbling. Our farmers have bred their herds to do well on pasture and produce tender, well-marbled meat. Our breeding, combined with our specialized diet and aging techniques, results in beef that is second to none, and this roast will have you savoring every bite!
