Choose from 3- or 5-bone roast (plan on serving 2-3 people per pound). Our Standing Rib Roast is cut from our choicest Black Angus cattle, which are carefully bred for tenderness. Our ranchers graze their cattle on pasture in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, where they enjoy a carefully balanced diet of grass, forage crops and hay that never includes hormones or growth promoting antibiotics. BASIC COOKING TECHNIQUE:

Roast at medium to high heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
