These savory empanadas are always in demand as they are so delicious!! Filled with portobello mushrooms, a hint of goat cheese and thinly sliced leeks, these empanadas are handmade in our farm kitchen and are best when served straight out of the oven. They are an excellent choice for breakfast, brunch, or a quick lunch.
Preparation InstructionsFrom frozen, either bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or deep fry at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Cooking times may vary based on deep fryer.
