Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Firing temperature: 200 °

Ingredients (for 4 people):

1 puff pastry dough (homemade or ready to use)
100g fresh goat (6 slices cut in a log)
2 medium red onions (Roscoff)
6 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon pink peppercorns
1 pinch of celery salt
1 small bunch parsley
2 eggs
20 cl cream lightened

 Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 °

Lower your dough and go for it in a pie plate.

Peel onions and slice them into rings also fins.Ciselez parsley.

Cut 6 slices in beautiful goat buche. Roll each piece of cheese in a bacon slice and place on the pastry. Then also divide the onion rings in the dish. Sprinkle with parsley and pink peppercorns also the dough.

In a bowl, break the eggs and beat lightly with a fork. Add the cream and a dash of celery salt.

Pour the egg-cream mixture on the bottom of lined pie and bake for 20 minutes baking at 200 °.

Serve immediately.

My advice: Cut your onion finely enough if the risk of having to continue cooking as they are not cooked. Also be aware that the red onion cooks more quickly than these "cousins" and also have a sweeter flavor and less strong when it is cooked .

We accompanied this pie with a salad. It can be served as appetizers in good eaters but it was during a light dinner we have appreciated.
