1/4 Cup of White Vinegar
1/4 Of Organic Honey of your Preference
1 container each of Plain Low Fat ,Low Calorie Yogurt,Lemon Low Fat,
Low Calorie Yogurt and Low Fat Low Calorie Lime Yogurt
Salt of your preference to taste
Pepper of your preference to taste
1/4 cup of fresh, WELL minced garlic
3 tsp. of Herb de Provance
1/3 cup of xtra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp.Garlic Powder
Gather all ingredients to make your salad dressing. Provide your self with a medium to large size bowl
and a medium to large size whisk.
Put all ingredients in the bowl you have chosen and whisk all ingredients together until silky smooth, and
once again, as always...Crave, Taste and Enjoy !!!
P.S. This creamy salad dressing is very adaptable to ANY flavor you might like to enjoy. By saying this, I mean,
say, you are not a fan of the zing of the lemon lime, but you enjoy raspberry vinaigrette . Use the recipie base,
and then to create a smooth and creamy raspberry dressing, use 2 containers of low calorie, low fat yogurt
with one container of plain...and voila !!! There you now have your creamy raspberry dressing. With this being said,
the sky is the limit and use your imagination to create your own variety of low cal ,low fat dressings and/or marinades !!
