Eggplant Parmesan - 2 servings
Hand-peeled eggplant is lightly breaded and fried just right, covered in savory, house-made marinara sauce and topped with melty mozzarella to make our traditional Eggplant Parmesan. Defrost, heat in oven or microwave, then dive in to this restaurant-quality meal without ever leaving your house. Just don’t forget the pasta!

Preparation Instructions: If frozen, thaw in microwave or refrigerator and then follow heating instructions. Microwave: Remove from cardboard sleeve and peel back corner of plastic. Place in microwave on high power and heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from microwave and let stand 1 -2 minutes. OVEN: Remove from cardboard sleeve. Preheat oven to 375*F. Remove plastic cover and cover dish with aluminum foil and place package on a baking sheet. Place the covered package in the oven. Foil may be removed halfway through cooking. Cook for 25-30 minutes from a thawed state. Heat to an internal temperature of 165*F.
