We have been making these sauces in our store kitchen for over 20 years--hand-stirred and hand-filled in heat-sealed jars. We use only Italian-grown San-Marzano Style tomatoes and fresh produce.
Our Tomato-based Basil Sauce is the perfect blend of chunky & strained tomatoes, this is a moderately thick sauce infused with the fragrant flavor of fresh basil. Serve it with any style of pasta, fresh or dried, or with fish, veal, or pork.
Our kitchen is NY State inspected. Sealed jars are shelf-stable for 2 years and good in the refrigerator, after opening, for about a week. A 30 oz jar is good for two pounds of pasta. See our listing for a 15oz jar if you need less.
