- 4 slices baguette type bread
- 4 pork loin steaks of about 40 gr. each
- 120 gr. Brie cheese
- 1 green pepper
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Clean the green pepper, remove seeds and slice into 4 pieces. Fry in oil with a little salt.
- Fry the pork fillets in another pan with a few drops of oil. Season.
- Place a fillet on a slice of bread, top with a piece of pepper and slice of Brie. Brown for a few seconds in the oven and serve.
