This wonderful confection is a mixture of belgian white chocolate, organic dried & sweetened bananas and miniature Nilla Wafers®.

White Belgian Chocolate is tempered and the organic dried bananas are mixed in. The chocolate mixture is poured over the Nilla Wafers®, lining the bottom of a large tray. Dark Belgian chocolate is then drizzled over the top.

Once the chocolate has properly chilled it is broken into bite sized pieces for your enjoyment.
