Ultimate Mac and Cheese
- 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 (5.2oz) cubes of Boursin cream cheese
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
Preheat to 400. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan. Set aside
In a large saucepan, cream, Boursin and cream cheese until melted over medium-low heat. Stir in salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked pasta, coating well. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan. Top with cheddar jack cheese. Bake at 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
