These regal ribbons blended from New York State Hard Red Flour have a luxurious, smooth texture with gracefully furled edges that capture and hold any sauce. For this dish, Ends Meat has produced a small batch, hand crafted salami especially for us that when paired with the farm fresh flavors of Nonna’s Leafy sauce and our Whole Grain Reginetti Pasta makes for a royal treat. The crowning detail? Bees Knees Spicy Honey, farmed in Upstate New York and steeped in fiery chiles for a richly sweet powerful punch.
