Roquefort, Ham, Fennel, Grape with Fig Sauce Sandwich
2 big slices Roquefort cheese - 3 slices toasted bread - 2 thin slices cured ham - about 10 very very fine slices fennel - about 10 very very fine slices red onion - 6 red grapes (I used the seedless Italian kind) - pepper
For the sauce: 1 Tbsp fig jam - 1 tsp olive oil - 1 dash lime juice
Put up your sandwich.
Put the cured ham on 2 of the bread slices and then, the cheese.
Mix together the fennel and red onion. Cut the grapes into pieces. Spread on the 2 garnished slices of bread.
Pour some sauce on each and then, put one on top of the other.
Top with the third slice of bread.
