St. Louis style pork ribs that are hand trimmed and rubbed with our competition seasoning. We smoke them over hickory wood until they form a beautiful color and the meat slowly starts to retreat up the bone.  Stop it!  Then we brush on our American Royal BBQ Championship and Memphis in May World BBQ Championship winning barbecue sauce. These ribs will melt in your mouth, but still allow for a perfect bite mark…just what the Judges are looking for!
