Carrot Cake: Layers of carrot cake studded with raisins, walnuts, and freshly grated carrots, a subtle lemon cream cheese filling and finish, crushed walnuts on the sides, and a sprinkling of cinnamon on top.
Queen D Cake: Layers of hazelnut butter cake filled with mocha buttercream, bittersweet chocolate, and raspberry preserves, finished with mocha buttercream, and decorated with a chocolate leaf and one hazelnut on top.
