A Mexican soup that blends a delicious combination of jack cheese, cheddar cheese, beans, and tomatoes. Served with a bag of Tortilla chips and topped with a little sour cream. This soup will not fail to satisfy. Makes 3 quarts. Serves 6-8.
3 – 15 Ounce Cans Tomato Sauce
3/4 Pounds Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 Pounds Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 Bag Tortilla Chips (optional)
Sour Cream (optional)
Ingredients: Pinto Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Onion, Spices and Herbs
