· Brown chicken and sausage in an 8 to 10 qt. pot
for about 7 minutes.
· Add water and whisk in 1 box of the cajun spoon
gumbo mix.
· Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 35
minutes.
· Remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice. Enjoy!
