A classic bucatini from Gragnano in the Naples area, this thick spaghetti with a hole through each strand is hard to find and very popular, especially when cooked alla Amatriciana (named for the town of Amatrice, near Rome), a traditional dish served with guanciale pork meat in a hot tomato sauce. Made with 100% Italian wheat.
