We make our sauces and passata using ripe tomatoes picked from the best plants in mid-August. Tomatoes are hand-picked one by one and processed locally, adding only a few 100% natural ingredients to deliver that same authentic smell.

Our artisanal tomato passata is 100% natural. It contains no additives, colourings, or preservatives, just Roma tomatoes, lemon juice, and Cervia salt, which is particularly rich in trace elements. Tomato passata is so versatile that the list of possible uses could be endless. We make it using a large-hole tomato press to give its rustic appearance and ensure a grainy texture.
