To cook the cutlets on the stovetop, heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a skillet, add the frozen cutlet, and brown for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Turn and repeat on the other side. In the oven, place the frozen cutlet in a preheated oven and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes. Alternatively, let the cutlet thaw for 30 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes on both sides. Each 5 lb. bag contains approximately 50 eggplant cutlets.
