Whenever the fall season rolls around my craving for cranberry orange
anything increases (that along with my pumpkin craving). I want cran
orange muffins, scones, and bread! After years of recipe testing I
finally came up with a great cranberry orange bread. I make these from
scratch and with love! <3 Dried cranberries are reconstituted with
freshly squeezed orange juice. That same orange is used for the zest and
remainder of the juice to add to my batter for a tangy but not too tart
bread. Mix a teaspoon of milk and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and pour
over loaves for a sweet complimentary glaze (sprinkle with Christmas
sprinkles for a truly festive loaf!).

cranberry orange bread loaves for your hostess gift or a special treat
