My version of Romesco is crafted with premium ingredients including almonds, hazelnuts, pimentón, roasted garlic and extra virgin olive oil,  it is the perfect sauce to use with roasted vegetables, shellfish and fish. 

Use it to serve alongside roasted vegetables, as a dip for shrimp and with swordfish skewers. It is smokey, crunchy and flavorful and the ideal condiment to turn your everyday meals into everyday feasts.
